The polyester series composite board "UNILATETM" is a sheet made of PET resin as a main raw material, filled with composite short glass fiber, inorganic filler, etc., and then heat-laminated after extrusion molding.Compared with thermoplastic resin sheets such as nylon and polyoxymethylene, it has better heat resistance, electrical resistance, strength, and workability.When used for electrical insulation, water absorption, electric power characteristics, and workability are remarkably improved as compared with a thermosetting resin laminate. Unilate has a machining cost factor of 0.6 when compared to steel 12L14. |
