The SLS technology illuminates the material powder by laser to melt the special additive material to make it act as a binder, thereby combining metal powder to realize metal printing. Custom additive (3D printing or rapid prototyping) manufacturing including selective laser sintering services. Additive manufacturing technology is used for design engineered models, prototypes, patterns and production of parts. Capabilities also include design engineering, stereo lithography, fused deposition modeling and pre-production injection mold fabrication. Prototypes such as mold and injection molded product, part or component prototypes are fabricated. All types of plastic materials are used. Prototypes can be fabricated for use in aerospace, medical, military, tactical, marine, consumer appliance, promotional, industrial and surge protector manufacturing industry applications. Capabilities include turnkey manufacturing, CNC machining, mold design and building, molding and assembly. Selective laser sintering (SLS) equipment is capable of building parts 13 in. x 15 in. x 18 in. & available in a white polyamide nylon or a grey glass filled polyamide nylon. |
