Copper alloy 110's conductivity and thermal conductivity are second only to silver, and are widely used in the production of conductive and thermal conductive equipment. Copper C110 has good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, seawater and certain non-oxidizing acids (hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid), alkali, salt solution and various organic acids (acetic acid, citric acid), and is used in the chemical industry. In addition, copper C110 has good weldability and can be processed into various semi-finished products and finished products through cold and thermoplastic machining. Copper 110 has a machining cost factor of 3.0 when compared to steel 12L14. It is excellent for hot and cold forming, as well as soldering. Copper 110 is not easily welded or brazed. |
