Beryllium Copper 175 is a precipitation hardening alloy with high strength, hardness, elastic limit and fatigue limit after solid solution aging treatment. It has low elastic hysteresis and corrosion resistance and processing properties. Beryllium Copper 175 is a submarine cable repeater structure. An irreplaceable material. Wear-resistant, low-temperature resistant, non-magnetic, high electrical conductivity, impact and spark-free. It also has good fluidity and the ability to reproduce fine patterns. Due to its many superior properties, beryllium copper alloys have been widely used in the manufacturing industry. BeCu 175 has a machining cost factor of 1.5 when compared to steel 12L14. It is good for soldering, brazing, welding, and hot and cold working, but is not ideal for forging. BeCu 175 can be annealed. |
