S39240 Standard and Utilization

High-temperature-resistant ferrite-austenite dual-phase and dual-phase steels, manipulating NaCl, CaCl 2, LiCl 2 in acids and salts, increasing chromium-Cr, molybdenum-molybdenum, and nitrogen-N content, being supersaturated The production temperature in the form is 1020-1100 ℃, and it exists in the form of bars, pipes, plates and forgings.

The characteristics of the two-phase X2CrNiMoN22-5-3 steel are high intergranular corrosion resistance, stress corrosion resistance, surface corrosion resistance, low thermal shrinkage coefficient and working temperature up to 200-250 ° C. Compared with ordinary austenitic acid-resistant steel, it has better strength and higher wear resistance and erosion resistance.
