- At PTJ CNC Machining Factory, we view our Quality Assurance staff as the “voice of the customer,” representing our clients’ best interest throughout the manufacturing process. We also view machine operator staff as critical variables of process control. Our philosophy is to build quality into the project.
Our ISO 9001:2015 quality system helps us to control all manufacturing process data, ensuring both reliable and accurate dimensional machining.
We also maintain cost data, which in turn helps ensure quick quote turn around and highly competitive pricing.

The PTJ(Minghe) Factory utilizes various Quality Assurance procedures and equipment to maintain its ISO system.
•Calibrated inspection equipment such as our, Two-dimensional detector, 3MM, comparator with digit readout and numerous manual gages ensure that we can accurately inspect everything we manufacture.
•A contract review checklist is completed upon receipt of every customer drawing.
•First-Piece inspections are completed by certified personnel prior to the start of each manufacturing setup by the operator.
•Detailed work instructions, special instructions and drawings are provided to the operators in a job packet created for each customer order.
•Receiving inspection is performed upon receipt of job materials and final inspections are completed prior to customer order shipment.
